Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lillure pieces. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Our policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.

How to start a return

Reach out through our contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, right away.
